La QuintEssence by Nunshen offers an immersive workshop to deepen your tasting experience through a unique sensory approach.
Olaction, memory, aroma construction, vocabulary: this workshop invites you to explore the keys to perception to better understand, describe, and share your sensations around tea.
Led by Carine Baudry, founder of La QuintEssence, flavorist, teacher at ISIPCA, and president of the jury for the Thés du Monde (AVPA) competition.
An introduction accessible to all, whether passionate or curious, to refine your understanding of tea and transform each cup into a sensory experience.
