Palais des Thés is an independent French tea house founded in 1986 by François-Xavier Delmas, renowned for the quality of its teas, sourced directly from producers in tea-producing countries. This unique and responsible approach provides access to rare teas, while respecting the people who produce them and the environment. These travels and imaginations are also a source of inspiration for creating fragrant creations that evoke emotions.
Palais des Thés's mission is to introduce as many people as possible to the best of tea; a dynamic that has continued to grow thanks to the opening of its Tea School in 1999 and the creation of the Tea Sommelier profession. The École du Thé, which allows the house's employees to develop their expertise throughout their professional careers, also welcomes all curious and amateur tea lovers to share its passion for tea and offers leading training courses to discover its history, culture, and the art of tasting.
