General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Exhibitors

Paris Tea Festival®
2026 Edition – June 13 & 14 | Forecourt of the 15th Arrondissement Town Hall and Maison Internationale, Paris 14th Arrondissement respectively

1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the terms and conditions of participation for exhibitors in the Paris Tea Festival®, organized by Alma Events SARLU. Any request to participate implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

2. Registration
Registration becomes final upon receipt of the completed and signed form, along with full payment of the participation fee. The organizer reserves the right to refuse registration without having to provide a reason, particularly if the proposed activity is not consistent with the festival's identity.

3. Prices and payment terms
Participation fees are detailed in the exhibitor information packet. Payment must be made within the specified timeframe. In the event of non-payment by the due date, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the stand reservation without compensation.

4. Cancellation
Any cancellation request from the exhibitor must be notified in writing (email with read receipt).

  • In case of cancellation before April 2, 2026, a partial refund may be issued, less a 30% processing fee.

  • After this period, no refund will be possible, for whatever reason (force majeure, personal impediment, logistical or other).

5. Allocation of locations
The organization allocates spaces based on technical constraints and with a view to overall harmony. Curator María Kockmann has created a comprehensive layout to ensure that the Grande Rencontre is a place where each exhibitor is showcased fairly and coherently.
No exhibitor may resell or sublet their space without the prior agreement of the organizer.

6. Liability – Insurance
Each exhibitor is responsible for their stand, merchandise, equipment, and the people under their supervision. They must obtain insurance covering their property and civil liability for the entire duration of the festival, including setup and dismantling.

7. Communication and image rights
The exhibitor authorizes the organizer to use, without compensation, the visuals and information provided (logo, photos, description) for the promotion of the festival. They also agree that photographs or videos taken during the event may be used in the festival's promotional materials.

8. Force majeure
In the event of cancellation for reasons beyond the organizer's control (natural disaster, terrorist attack, administrative decision, pandemic, etc.), no refund will be issued. The organizer will, where possible, offer a postponement or an alternative solution.

9. Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an attempt at amicable resolution will be made first. Failing that, the courts of Paris will have jurisdiction.
